Daniel Humm is a Swiss chef and restaurateur known for his Michelin-starred restaurants and innovative culinary creations. He was born in Switzerland in 1976 and began his culinary career at a young age, working in various kitchens and learning from top chefs in Switzerland and the United States.
In 2006, Humm became the executive chef of Eleven Madison Park, a fine dining restaurant in New York City. Under his leadership, the restaurant received numerous accolades, including three Michelin stars and a spot on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
In addition to Eleven Madison Park, Humm also co-owns and operates several other acclaimed restaurants, including NoMad in New York City and Los Angeles, as well as Davies and Brook in London.
